Choose Fun

I grew up in a house where my mother’s mantra was, “What will people think?”  I heard it so many times and it was embedded into my brain at such an early age that I can look back on my life now and pick out decisions that I made on the past based on doing the “right” or doing what people won’t judge.  I missed out on a lot of fun, a lot of stupid, young fun.

It took me a very long time to let go of that and not care what other people will think.   And what I realized was this..

haters

judge

We are often our own worst enemies.  We often judge ourselves harsher and more  than any other hater out there.  Don’t be a hater.  Those that judge themselves harshly are also the same ones that judge others harshly as well.  So just…

happy

And above all…
