Mindful Movement

Asana: One of the eight limbs of yoga that most people are familiar with. It is the physical practice, the mindful movement of the body.

These warm-up poses allows you to settle into the practice. They allow you to connect with your breath and can either serve as a stand alone pose or can be used to help prepare you to move on through a yoga sequence.
